1. Everyone is a winner!

If you come to a yoga class and make some movement to breathe, move, you will still benefit even though you can not do the movements perfectly.

2. Failure is an important part of the learning process.

Yoga practice or training designed to make you 'frustrated'. That's how you learn to relax into a frustrating situation. If the posture or movement always easy, you will never learn anything!

3. Yoga is not just about the position / pose.
